Notes:

No extra cost for insurance.
Time is tachometer time (not 'HOBBs time').
Due to MN tax law changes, aircraft purchased after 1989 have usage tax added to the hourly rate.
Use the aircraft as your own.
Pay only for the actual flying time.
No minimum charges for the use of the plane.
